The Mill House collection reaches back to our roots and highlights the old techniques utilized during the early days of American furniture making. Inspired by a decades old relationship with solid wood, the Traverse collection is our way of letting the craft speak for itself. It begins with Ambrosia Maple which includes beautiful natural character markings that highlight the solid wood nature of the collection. We allow the natural worm holes and their characteristic markings to show through alongside the various grain patterns of the maple. From there the design determined that the joinery that is used in crafting solid wood furniture itself should be the focus. Details such as the box joint where the two solid wood surfaces are connected or more discretely, the base which features an open end tenon are left in plain view. It doesn't take a carpenter to appreciate the workmanship in this clever merging of time honored craftsmanship and modern style.

The Tuscano collection has deep roots. Hand applied distressing on rough hewn and planed pine solids to achieve a natural, vintage look. True platform bed; sku's needed to complete bed are the headboard and platform base with slat roll only; Wide open slats feature three varied contrasting slats to work with either the dark or light cases. Tongue and groove construction with pine solids produce durable cases. Inset drawers, plain front and bluff-cut constructed of solid pine drawer interiors with metal positive stop guides, framed doors. Dark gunmetal finish on nostalgic cup pulls and knobs with detailed backplate. Extra wide mirror frame with contrast overlays.
